Zanka 2011

Az idén a táborunk Zánkán volt. Úttörő gondolatok a karatéról a megfelelő helyen. Napi három edzésünk volt. Az alapok most is a kihon, a küzdelem és a képességek fejlesztése voltak. Én később csatlakoztam a táborhoz, három kisharcos kíséretében. Nem egyszerű fényképezni és edzeni egyszerre, de pár fotót sikerült készítenem. Nagyon jó időnk volt végig, meleg volt és még egy kis vihar is belefért.


This year our camp was in Zánka. Pioneering ideas about the karate in the right place, with three daily trainings. Our principles as always were kihon, fight and skills development. I joined the camp later with three little fighters. It's not easy to train and to take pictures at the same time, but I succeeded. We had beautiful weather, it was hot and we even got a storm.


En este ano nuestro campo fué organizado en Zánka. Ideas pioneras en un lugar adecuado, con tres entrenamientos diarios. Como simepre basados en el kihon, en la lucha y en el desarollo de nuestras capacidades. Nos unimos con un poco de retraso con tres pequenos luchadores. No fué facil de sacar fotos y participar en los entrenamientos pero saqué algunos. El tiempo fué bueno, mucho calor y hasta una tormenta nos alcanzo.
