Ma múzeumba mentünk. Azért választottam a Ráth György múzeumot, mert ázsiai művészetet mutat be, aminek közös az eredete a karatéval. Az előzetes egyeztetés alapján a sárkányokról akartunk megtudni, amit lehet. Lényegesnem tartom, hogy a karate ne csak a dojóban működjön. 1000 nap gyakorlás mellett 1000 nap megértés is szükséges. És van amikor olyan helyről kapunk inspirációt, ahonnét nem várjuk....
Today we went to the museum. I chose Rath György museum, because it shows asian art, common with the orogins of karate. In the prior consultation with the museum we have decided to know more about dragons. I'm convicted that karate must work outside of the dojo as well. 1000 days of practice must be accompanied by 1000 days of understanding. And sometimes we get inspiration from not expected places....

Megtudtuk: a sárkányok folyamatosan mozognak az abrázolásokon - vázákon, festményeken. Sokszor van mellettük egy gyöngy, ami a sárkányok állandó tartozéka. Ezzel a gyönggyel játszanak, dobálják, mozgatják. Amikor nem, akkor a szakállukban tarják. Egészen jó párhuzam ez a harcossal és az energia mozgatással.... nézni kell és érteni.
We learned: dragons are in continous movement in the representations - on vases and paintings.
They are representated with pearls, that is the permanent accessory of the dragons. They play, throw it and move it. When not, they hold the pearl in their beard. It's in parallel with the fighter and the movement of his energy.... we have to look and to understand.
